The Shop RVA team is the best! I recently had work done related to the “Service engine soon” light being on in my BMW. The team was able to fit the service in their already full schedule. They are so accommodating whenever possible. I’ve been going to them for years now and would not trust my car to any other place. They are professional, courteous, and provide consistently great A++ service that makes me feel secure when my car is on the rode. That is what keeps me going back! They often go above and beyond and you will not be disappointed if you use them!

I came to The Shop with my old Mercedes because my convertible roof was no longer functioning - as it turned out, there were other significant maintenance items that the local Mercedes-Benz Dealer Service Department either didn't see or ignored during my annual service just 3 months ago. The guys worked with me and came up with solutions that made sense, as well as informing me of needed regular maintenance on items that Mercedes-Benz considered unnecessary, causing thousands of dollars in damage. I'll be bringing my Mercedes back to The Shop in the future.

Quick and easy appointment scheduling online. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Staff was super friendly, professional, and detailed. They were also very accommodating when I reached out to resolve an incident with my car that occurred prior to visiting their shop. I am glad to have found a place who handles my Audi with dealership quality but provides small business customer service. I will certainly be going back in the future for all of my Audi maintenance needs. Would definitely recommend.

Scheduled service was as requested, they provided a clear and concise review on the service performed. Jack was very professional in communicating what was performed in addition to any recommendations. Lastly, my plans had changed at the last minute,and I needed a loaner which Jack was able to accommodate. Awesome team, trusting knowledgeable and I had no fear of being overcharged which is a concern with driving a high end vehicle. I am a customer for life.
