I had a great experience on my first visit here. The staff are friendly and courteous. They work diligently to find the issue with your vehicle and then they find the best way to solve the issue. I was very pleased with them because they saved me 50% of my original estimate by putting in some extra effort and attention to fix my car instead of replacing the part.

The shop is amazing place to have your car serviced for all car needs. They are very detailed and keep you in the loop every step of the way. They pay attention to detail and provide actually photos of any repairs, issues or concerns. They have made my life easier and less stress when it comes to car repairs.

As always the guys at the shop took care of me. Took in my Audi for oil change and inspection and as normal was done in a timely manner. The guys are amazing they never try to up sell you on anything like a dealership does. Highly recommend. And a new feature they have a waiting room now with tv. So that’s a plus if you want to wait. I used to take my 202O Countryman to the mini dealer on Broad but it was so out of the way for me. So glad I found The Shop! They got me in right away by appointment, did the work quickly and kept me updated the whole time. Price was reasonable for a car with BMW ‘guts’. The wash and tire shine were a nice touch too. I will definitely be going back as needed.
