Great customer service, knowledgeable, and efficient!

They have worked on my 2012 VW Jetta a couple of times now and they always do the best job. I never feel like they are trying to upsell me on other services. They are very kind and knowledgeable. They’re able to get me in and out very quickly. Nate is so prompt and helpful (and answers all of my phone calls and questions LOL) And my car is always SO clean when I pick it up! I’d give another star for that if I could. Highly highly recommend this shop!

Car troubles are the worst, but when they do happen, I always take my Audi S3 to The Euro Shop. They are honest, reliable, fast, and have a passion for cars which I really appreciate. I highly recommend The Euro Shop.

Awesome experience. The owner and staff were very polite and explained everything they were doing. Their price were reasonable. Way cheaper than the dealership and the service was of the same quality if not better. I will definitely be returning in the future.

We brought our gti in for a suspected blown head gasket. After testing our cooling system it was determined to be OK. The technicians found some other issues, one we fixed but the others we decided to forego due to the age and value of our car. Overall we liked the detail the techs went to in their inspection. Overall great communication and at no point did we feel any pressure to do anything we didn't want. Would happily recommend.
