I was a little nervous when Ben called to confirm my appt and called me the wrong name (Mr Harris). However I was pleasantly satisfied with the service and Ben apologized. I would recommend Euro to others. They were honest and straightforward. Price was reasonable.

First time bringing my Audi Q3 here. Overall my experience was good. They were quick to diagnose and fix the problem. A nice bonus was they washed the car. Only reason not five stars was I did think they were a little high on price. I do believe they do quality work and I would recommend them to anyone needing import auto work. Their location is also much more convenient for Chesterfield residents than having to go to dealer in Short Pump.

Had an issue with my car and only heard stellar reviews from The Shop. They did diagnose my vehicle and it was an issue to be fixed but did not completely fix the issue at hand. “Trial and error” is just how it goes with European vehicles. Staff over all was great and friendly. Only negative I can give which delayed my 5 star review was I had a Plug in reader for my vehicle in said vehicle and on pick up was not there. Contacted them as they said they would resolve the issue but I think the issue was overlooked. Nothing else was missing or went wrong.
