Warranty replacement of failed idrive head unit and hard drive on my 2015 F30 335i. James and team took me in and had me up and running in no time. Even though I took it on the chin from my warranty company - James did what he could to make my out of pocket as painless as possible. There is a reason these guys are the best independent BMW service center in the Richmond metro area. Everyone else is playing for second place.

It's a great repair shop

I can't say enough good things about this shop! From Ben at the front to the technicians. I hit something in the road and did major damage to the underside of my car. My insurance company didn't want to pay for the new parts recommended by the mfg but Ben helped me out. He spent so much time on the phone negotiating with the insurance company to get what I needed. He went above and beyond. He is what customer service is all about. As a matter of fact, they even went so far as to give me a 30 minute ride back to work because the rental car company wasn't open then sent an uber to pick me up from work to the rental co because I told them I had an appointment later that day and needed the rental ASAP! These guys! I don't even have words for the amazing service they gave and don't let me forget that my car came back to me looking and driving amazingly! I will never take my BMW to anyone but them!

My 335i needed injectors, decided to only do 3 instead of all 6. car runs good again. will be taking it back for the other 3 when needed.

First time there and the first time I took my BMW for service to a place that wasn't a dealer. Experience was a big improvement. Came in for a bad road vibration and a squeak that had been driving me nuts for the last two years. Dealership said they would have to tear the car apart and still may not find it and it would cost a fortune. So I let it go. The folks at the Euro Shop found the culprit right away. Turns out the holder to the emergency/parking brake cable was broken. They fixed it and the squeak is gone. They fixed the road vibration as well. Straightened a bent wheel, wheel balance, alignment and two new tires. Handles like new. So, I've decided to bring my wife's Audi to The Shop for service.

Needed them to diagnose an airbag problem and general service and inspection on a Porsche 911. Very happy with the overall repair of the car and the professional handling from problem explanation to the courtesy ride service.

They took my car in quickly, diagnosed it and repaired it all in the same day. Their attention to detail is keen. They noticed that I was due for my inspection. They took care of it during the same time. Friendly and prompt.

I bought a used BMW and was taking it elsewhere and had recurring problems. I had reached the point where I decided either the car or my mechanic was a lemon. I was at my wits end when I visited The Shop. Now, I am a happy BMW owner. These guys are serious about getting the job right. Their priority was my car and my satisfaction. A+ all the way. Follow up on Oct. 27, 2022 - I have to say, these guys just keep coming through for me. I've had the car three years and have never been able (until now) to enjoy the sun roof. The shoddy shop over on Dickens Place told me it was fubar and would cost thousands. So I left it alone. I recently asked the SHOP guys to take a look at it and sure enough it is fixed and they didn't even charge me for it. I love having my sunroof and these guys at the SHOP are doing such a great job taking care of the car for me.
