First experience with The Shop. Had my vehicle towed there with a suspected timing belt failure. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had an estimate on parts and labor that afternoon. Unlike any other shop when it comes to communication (thanks Ben). Kept me very informed. Extensive work was completed two days ahead of schedule. I liked my previous mechanic but The Shop has set a new level of expectation. Great Job. Highly recommend.

" got me in fast with great communication unfortunately their estimate was more than the dealership and they were not willing to work with you as far as bringing your own parts from the dealership which was unfortunate because I was really looking forward to working with them other than that very pleasant"
