When THE SHOP in Richmond, VA says they know BMW repair, that isn't the half of it PRECISION is their commitment and the turn around time will impress even the biggest critique. Most important to me with an older M Series are the following three things. Diagnose the problem Don't make me feel like an idiot for being a woman Give me a fair estimate BONUS Get it done quickly. THE SHOP excels in every category. They are the only place I would trust to work on my car! Ask for the guy Luke to work on your car!

Kelly and the team are the best in Richmond...they have taken care of our X5 and Z3, troubleshooting is efficient vs the stealership...they know bimmers well, do great quality work and back up their work with a 3 yr guarantee! Loaner cars and uber are offered as well as a cool "brand" take home gift bag, quick detail, nice classy touch! I refer anyone in rva who has a bimmer to The Shop...now servicing another German brand MB...keep up the great work and don't forget what got you this awesome brand name and recognition in the Richmond community!

I brought my car to The Shop for a pre-purchase inspection and am absolutely ecstatic with the service that i received. These guys are a level of quality you do not find anywhere else. After a year of building a high performance motor that i couldn't get to work right, the technicians at The Shop tested and diagnosed my engine and found the problem within a day. They were polite and professional and I was astonished at the depth of knowledge their technician, Luke, had about my car even though it wasn't a BMW, which is what they specialize in. Thanks to these guys my engine is running strong and this car with be competing in the 2016 race season with local motorsport clubs. I cannot recommend The Shop enough.
