Kelly and the crew at The Shop do great work, they're the kind of place that will always do the right thing. It's really nice to see a shop that is really raising the bar in Richmond, keep up the good work guys!

These guys have some seriously mind blowing customer service! I've been picked up from my house, given a (niiiice) loaner car twice, and for services that that didn't even exceeded a day. When they're done you get a washed and vacuumed car and the confidence they did the job right. Don't take your car to the dealer!
