The Tacky Light Tour -- December 7
Billed as one of Richmond’s most famous holiday traditions, the Tacky Light Tour allows you to relax as someone else takes you on a 3-hour tour around some of the best-lit homes of the area. The bus is BYOB.

A fun event for the kids, this gingerbread house party boasts a pre-assembled gingerbread house with an assortment of building materials to play with. Candy and other edible building materials will be provided. Saturday, December 8, from 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM EST at Crosscreek Nursery, Richmond VA.
Maymont Mansion Holiday Tours -- throughout December
Maymont Mansion will be decked out in Victorian splendor for the holidays. James and Sallie Dooley’s lavishly decorated Gilded Age Home brings all the festivities of Christmas past to life. Kids, as well as adults, can enjoy the beautiful decorations and events. Tours are Tuesdays - Sundays, from 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM. $5 admission. For information, call 804.358.7166, ext. 329.
Handel’s Messiah -- December 16
This Richmond tradition will be performed at River Road Church. Messiah showcases River Road Church’s Chancel Choir. The orchestra and Dr. Gallagher, Minister of Music, will also perform the famous Organ Concerto in B flat major, Opus 4, No. 6. The church recently restored its famous M.P. Moller Company pipe organ, which will be featured.

Lindsey Stirling: The Wanderland Tour -- December 19
