Brought my girlfriends mini in last week after getting an appraisal from the mini dealership in the west end. Not only were the guys at The Shop professional, they were honest. I paid to have the spark plugs changed out and do a standard oil change- the mini dealer wanted to flush my radiator, recharge the A/C and change the spark plugs. Ridiculous. Big thanks to The Shop for keeping it real!!

I'm a please customer when it comes to The Shop. I've had transmission valve body work, valve cover, timing chain cover gaskets replacement, as well as my alternator replaced. The work is excellent, and they stand by their work.

Scheduled an appointment, dropped it off using their drop box, they called me the next morning to verify what I wanted fixed and called me that afternoon to say it was fixed, washed and ready to go. Doesn't get smoother than that

The Shop is the best BMW Indy shop in rva. I have had all of bmw's repaired at one time or another in their shop. Kelly and the team are top notch, dependable, trustworthy, and provide quality work with a 3 year guarantee, the stealership doesn't even come close to that type of warranty on their work.
