Nate is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions. If you ask questions about recommendations, they will show you pictures of exactly where the problems are, why, and in depth explanations of anything to do with the repair. Along with their flexibility in loaner cars, pick up times, etc, I'm always going to them from now on (and I live next door to Audi)

Their communication is excellent with a very detailed and modern interface for the inspection report of repairs. The report made decisions on what repairs to have done much easier. I would say price is on the higher side but I believe justified since all repairs are (I believe) performed with OE parts. I would highly recommend them!

Good first time experience at this shop. They got me in quick, gave me a credible diagnosis with a fair estimate, which was very well documented with photos, and did the work quickly. Only gripe was they left the seat and mat protectors in the car, not a huge deal.
