After being frustrated with attempting to get my Audi S5 serviced at Audi of Richmond and Eurotune on Midlothian and being told the earliest appointment was a month out I sought to find another place...AND BOY AM I GLAD. I have now had my car serviced by The Euro Shop twice and I could not more satisfied. They are detailed (you receive a text with detailed information about the things that need attention relating to your vehicle. It includes pictures and is color coded so you can determine what needs immediate attention!) You can pay online, they did not keep my car for weeks (1-3 days). I really enjoy working with them and glad that I have found them.

These guys are spectacular. I went in for full service on my Audi. They were friendly, detailed, and professional. Outstanding work and a detailed report. My Audi has found a new "healthcare home".

I've had my 2015 VW Jetta serviced here twice. First time was for a major repair that was way over my budget but they were VERY helpful and helped me with financing. Second repair was for another engine issue and they were able to provide me with pictures and updates throughout my entire work day. Nate was extremely helpful throughout this entire process and I am beyond grateful for their wonderful team and keeping my car up to date with everything!
